Walden Technical Services LLC (WTS) is an engineering and consulting company that provides high quality engineering and technical resources to companies in need. WTS is structured to work as partners with customers that have existing engineering or technical resources. WTS partners with the Hiring Companies to recruit, interview, and select the right candidate for the job. WTS hires the candidate at competitive salaries and benefits and offers low hourly rates for full time or part time contract employees to work onsite at the Hiring Company. WTS employees will work alongside your employees and become part of your team.
WTS provides engineering and technical services for industrial customers. Walden Technical Services specializes in supporting the customer’s capital and major maintenance (CAPEX) needs by offering full time and part time contract engineering, project management, and other technical services. WTS employees can also help with process and continuous improvement initiatives for customer who are otherwise not be able to complete.
Our Founder
Walden Technical Services founder is Luke Walden. Luke grew up in Northeast Washington State and graduated from Washington State University in 2006 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the past 15 years, Luke has worked as an engineer and project manager for several large corporations. For Luke, safety is a core value and is part of everything he does. Luke is registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon and Washington and also experienced in environmental aspects of air, water and waste regulatory requirements.
Over the years, he has completed multiple large projects with successful results. He prides himself in working with all members of the project team in a collaborative way. This partnership has yielded excellent results with equipment that exceeds safety, productivity and quality requirements and is operable and maintainable. Luke focuses on continuous improvements and drives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste in all aspects of the project.
