Lower Hourly Rates
With WTS’s low overhead, we are able to offer lower hourly rates than the larger firms. This means substantial savings for our customers. WTS also has a low profit margin, we pass it along to our employees. WTS pay and benefit package is designed to attract and maintain top talent. This means customers can hire WTS employees at a lower rate for higher quality engineers and technical resources. Rates are customized based on the employee hired. In most cases, WTS rates will be well below the industry average due to our low overhead and profit margin. With WTS, it’s about matching the right person at the right rate to the right company, not forcing an hourly rate for an employee. Attrition Planning
Attrition happens. Nobody likes it, but it happens. When employees leave unexpectedly, a huge void is left behind that falls on the shoulders of the remaining employees. WTS employees can help spread the workload when attrition occurs. This lessens the burden on customer employees and allows them more time for value added tasks. As mentioned previously, if a WTS employee is the right fit to backfill for the vacant customer position, the customer may hire the WTS employee. This offers the customer with an immediate replacement when attrition occurs.
